Director - South Eastern Alberta Search & Rescue (SEASAR)
Medicine Hat, AB | June 2023 - Present
Established in 1999 at the request of the Redcliff RCMP, SEASAR is a non-profit, volunteer-based association devoted to the safety and well-being of the region. SEASAR responds to the Medicine Hat Police Service, The City of Medicine Hat, RCMP detachments, and regional municipalities including Cypress County & Conservation Officers when support is required searching for lost or missing people, seeking evidence related to investigations, or assisting with disaster management.
In achieving this mission, SEASAR volunteers maintain operational 24/7/365 readiness. The team provides over 6,000 hours of service each year.

Committee Member - Security and Infrastructure Protection Committee (SIPC)
Medicine Hat, AB | March 2023 - Present
Electricity Canada’s Security and Infrastructure Protection Committee (SIPC) coordinates policy and programs for physical security, cyber-security and business continuity management, and provides liaison with security and intelligence officials and security policy makers in Canada and abroad. They act as a trusted information sharing and best practices development sharing forum for a diverse set of security related issues affecting the electricity industry, and they work in partnership with government partners and those from across the electricity security community including the E-ISAC in the US.

National Support Scouter 2022
Create, implement, and operate youth leadership development framework for youth leader roles across Canada.
Key Duties Include:
Developing SOPs and Runbooks.
Conducting Mentoring and Coaching sessions.
Developing and Running Workshops.
Developing metrics for evaluating Youth Leadership.
Council Support Scouter - Strategic Initiatives 2019 - 2022
Supported a variety of ongoing initiatives for Scouts Canada's Alberta Leadership including:
Coordinated and ran public appointment processes to select new executive members.
Supported AGM as Deputy Elections Officer for Northern Alberta in 2019
Mentored and offered coaching to executive members and local volunteers
Facilitated several learning sessions based in hard and soft skill areas
Provided guidance and business plan building advice to several internal committees
Created and updated several SOP documents relating to recruitment, fundraising strategies, etc
Council Youth Commissioner 2016-2018
Work as a member of the Council Key 3 (Executive board of 3 members) to manage the direction and plan the future of the 11,000 members in Southern Alberta. Run and design PR events and host info session about Scouting building and utilizing teamwork and interpersonal skills resulting in exceeding growth targets. Build and manage the social media platform for the council to effectively engage and communicate to our volunteers and project the appropriate image. Manage budget spending and roadmap creation for the strategic direction and allocation of funding effectively to ensure the stability and day to day operations of Scouts Canada in Southern Alberta. Responsible for Marketing contracts with vendors to provide campaign materials to promote summer camp programs as a growth initiative
